Anti-Spam Policy

1. We only email people who opted in

A contact is added to our marketing list only after they actively check an unticked consent box on one of our forms (contact form, ROI calculator, lead magnet, newsletter widget, or event registration). We record the exact wording shown, the version of the consent text, the timestamp, the IP address, and the source URL — so we can prove opt-in if asked.

2. We never buy, rent, scrape, or append lists

We do not purchase contact lists, rent third-party databases, scrape email addresses from public websites, or use data-append services to enrich contacts who never gave us their email directly. Cold outreach, when used, is conducted on a separate sending domain through tools designed for that purpose — never through our newsletter infrastructure.

3. Every email identifies us and lets you opt out

• Our legal name and physical mailing address appear in every email footer.
• One-click unsubscribe is present in every marketing email.
• Subject lines and "From" names accurately describe the sender and content.
• Each email includes a short reason line explaining why the recipient is receiving it.

4. We honor opt-outs immediately and permanently

Unsubscribes take effect immediately on click and are added to a permanent suppression list. We will not re-add you from any future import, integration, or list refresh. CAN-SPAM allows up to 10 business days; we target zero.

5. Sending standards

• SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured on every sending domain.
• List hygiene: hard bounces and role-based addresses are auto-suppressed.
• Engagement-based sending: long-term non-openers are progressively pruned.
• No misleading headers, deceptive subject lines, or hidden tracking pixels beyond standard analytics.

6. Report abuse

If you believe you received an email from Ideabazi that you did not opt in to, email abuse@ideabazi.com with the original message and headers. We will investigate within 2 business days, suppress the address, and identify the source.
