• Name, business email, company, website, phone (where provided)
• Messages, ROI-calculator inputs, and any other content you submit through our forms
• Marketing-consent record: the exact wording shown, version, timestamp, IP, and page URL

• Standard log data (IP, user-agent, referrer) via our hosting provider
• Analytics events via Google Tag Manager / GA4 and Amplitude (anonymised IP)
• Pipeline-attribution events via Apollo.io tracking
• Live-chat session metadata via Tawk.to (only if you initiate a chat)
• Email engagement metrics (opens, clicks) via MailerLite

c. Information from third parties

If you sign in via Google or another OAuth provider, we receive your name and email from that provider. We do not enrich or append contact records from third-party data brokers.

3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)

• Contract / pre-contract: to respond to inquiries and deliver our services.
• Consent: to send marketing emails, newsletters, and lead-magnet content. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interest: site security, fraud prevention, analytics, and improving our services. You may object at any time.
• Legal obligation: tax records, anti-spam, and compliance with valid legal requests.

4. Marketing communications

You will only receive marketing email from us if you actively ticked an unchecked consent box on one of our forms. We send these emails through MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Paupio g. 46, Vilnius, Lithuania), our email service provider — see their privacy policy. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. We honor unsubscribes immediately and add the address to a permanent suppression list. We do not use MailerLite to send unsolicited cold outreach. We never buy, rent, or scrape contact lists.

Where data is transferred outside your region, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and our sub-processors' equivalent safeguards.

• Lead records: up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, then deleted or anonymised.
• Marketing contacts: removed from the active list after 12 months of zero engagement.
• Suppression list: kept indefinitely so we never accidentally email an opt-out again.
• Analytics: aggregate data kept up to 26 months (GA4 default).

Subject to your local law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, and similar), you may request to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw marketing consent — use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to unsubscribe@ideabazi.com
• Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority

We use first-party cookies (session, security, preferences) and third-party cookies set by GA4, GTM, Amplitude, Apollo, and Tawk.to. You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings; some features may degrade. Where required, we present a cookie banner on first visit.

Our service is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. California rights (CCPA/CPRA)
