1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Ideabazi Ventures LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Ideabazi Ventures LLC provides performance marketing services including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, Social Media Marketing, Web Design, Analytics, and Mobile Marketing services.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Make payments as agreed upon in the service contract

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees as outlined in the service contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and deliverables created by Ideabazi Ventures LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client in writing. Client-provided materials remain the property of the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ideabazi Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from this site; (b) attempt to access non-public areas, accounts, or systems; (c) submit false, misleading, or third-party personal data through our forms; (d) use the site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content; or (e) interfere with the operation of the site or our infrastructure.

8. Email Communications & Anti-Spam

We comply with the US CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the EU GDPR/PECR, the UK GDPR, and the acceptable-use policy of our email service provider, MailerLite. We only send marketing email to recipients who have explicitly opted in via an unticked consent box on our forms. Every marketing email contains our legal name, physical mailing address, a clear identification of the sender, and a one-click unsubscribe link. 9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination.
